The business name maybe little rough for the area ( Bible Belt). I get it but I also am old hippie dude . My first 15 years i was on West Coast and Nevada; when moved to South for last 20 years of med practice, I had to adjust my style a bit to better fit the expectations of my customers (or patients in my case). Once in the door , they were happy with service and came back. Just like I will - regardless of name of business. |

Arrived and understood, first come first served. Checked in quickly and taken vehicle taken around. Offer comfy seating and coffee as you wait. Owners have lovely dogs and will put them up in a snap if any discomfort arises. Finished work on my vehicle and offered an estimate of other general maintenance in the near future. I have visited many times prior with no issues. |
I own a 2020 GMC Sierra Rough Country Edition truck with 20,000 miles on it. I have been very particular when it comes to getting any maintenance work done on it. I heard nothing but great things about this shop from a work associate of mine and took his word for it. Turns out, he was wrong! This shop is actually BETTER than he talked it up to be. Professional mechanics, very clean work environment (which makes all the difference in any mechanics I know because I’m an industrial mechanic), nothing but respect and welcoming from the woman that runs the desk, and cool T-Shirts. Oh, and the biggest dog I’ve ever seen in my life and his little sidekick who is the true definition of “it’s not the size of the dog but the the size of the fight in the dog”. Lol. I don’t plan on going anywhere else from now on. HATS OFF! |

I had my check engine light come on. I called ahead of time I set up an appointment. Took my car in not knowing when it would be done and they go it all taken care of on the same day. And it was a very good price for what needed to be fixed. |

I called Melinda to let her know my wife was on her way to the shop. My wife had called me to let me know that a warning light had come on in the dash panel. When my wife arrived at the shop they were able to take her back to work. I received a call from Melinda about two hours later saying that the vehicle was repaired and that they would deliver it to my wife's place of work. Always a good time when working with all the folks at Crank'd Up Garage. |

It was bad news, but they got creative with some welding to make sure we made it home with all 4 wheels. The crew there was friendly and very helpful. My car was overheating while idling and I made an appointment with Crank’d Up garage to have to checked out. I dropped my car off at 7am and they had a diagnostic and estimate for me by 7:45am, they fixed my car the same day! The staff is always friendly and the prices are always fair. They have two shop dogs too! Which makes visiting fun. Will be going back and telling others in the area about them as well! 10/10. |

I can’t recommend them enough! I brought my car into day after getting my oil changed at another mechanic yesterday. They fixed the mistake with the oil filter seal. They didn’t charge me extra. Just for the oil they put in and the filter. They got me in immediately and even put a nose on my recipe so I could get a refund from the other location. They are super friendly a very hometown feel! 10/10 will be going back and sending friends and family to them as well! |

THE NEXT DAY I RECIEVED A CALL WITH THE UNFORTUNATE NEWS OF THE BAD CALCUCALIC CONVERTOR I TRUST THEM...SO I SIMPLY GAVE THE THUMBS UP AND JUST WAITED MY CALL. But after all there checkup they come up with changing my timing belt out replacing my valve cover an now my car doesn't even want to run right now sitting in my front yard sounds like timing on it because sounds like rods nockin an i don't even want to drive i think i drove it for a month an it started acting like timing theycharged 2253 for the job they did an i don't belive they fixedy problem they got it in |
So my daughter's car quit working when she got to work yesterday and I went and looked at it I couldn't figure out what was going on. Tested the battery tried to jump the battery but the car just would not start it tried but it wouldn't start. The gas gauge was showing that she had a little gas in the tank. I had the car towed to crank'd up and they took a look at it and figured out that the gas gauge was not reading accurately. I really liked how theu did their best to save us money and get us answers at the same time! |

I left an area about 2 years ago with a mechanic I completely trusted and it's been awful. I was finding that the shops in West Tennessee were far and few between, when I would find one they would do this but not that and they wanted my car for a week at a time and I can't do that. My story begins with a vibration in my steering wheel that would come and go. I had oil changes and no one commented on it. Then I noticed I wasn't getting the same fuel mileage. I took my car to a local shop to get my tires rotated and when that was complete my car was worse than ever so they said to get my tires checked. They were still under warranty but they said the tires were fine but they balanced them and that made it even worse. I was so frustrated not to mention terrified to drive my car. Finally a friend of a friend told me about Crank'd up Garage in Martin ❤ my heroes over there told me to bring it in. The car was diagnosed in no time and it was serious. I dropped it off later that day so they could start in the morning (a Saturday) at 4 PM my car was done and my nightmare was over. I was shocked that it was $100. Under what was quoted which was already reasonable AND as a MEGA HUGE BONUS my driver's seat was also fixed (it wouldn't recline). I finally have a trustworthy mechanic again and I couldn't be happier. I feel safe driving my car again. If you're looking for a shop to take your car and you've read this review and don't give Crank'd up Garage a shot...well that's on you! BTW the first place that rotated my tires had told me to come back the first time I went there because I lost the key for my tire locks so they had to order 4 lug nuts to replace them and when I went back they did the rotation and balanced the tires then I had it at the tire shop where I had bought my tires where they balanced my tires twice in the same trip. Turns out the first place never replaced the lug nuts where the locks were and neither shop said a word about the missing lug nut on each wheel (WHAT THE HECK) But Crank'd up Garage did. It's a heck yeah I recommend Crank'd up Garage ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There are not enough stars people. |

I’ve taken 3 vehicles to CUG and referred friends. I always have a great experience and so have the friends. Recently, they fit me in last minute, gave me a full diagnostic on a jumping engine and failing brakes. CUG gave me the cost which I relayed to the owner of the vehicle. The owner only wanted to pay for an oil change. So CUG changed the oil and replaced a valve. The truck runs significantly better than when I dropped it off and we didn’t even make all the repairs per the owners wish. CUG is honest, does the work required, and goes above my expectations. Also, I’m a woman and have had previous mechanics take advantage thinking I don’t know anything about cars. CUG does not do that. |
I went in for a simple oil change and received that and more. The mechanic also checked my wipers and my brakes and provided me with an estimate for a brake repair. I love this garage and it’s adorable puppy mascots! |

So they knew they were giving me back my car knowing the alignment they done was done wrong! Had i known friday may 21st, all of this I would of never went back for them to correct the so called alignment done, the next day (saturday may 22, 2021). My car is still not driving right. Thank God for my dashcams I had inside my car, or else i would NOT have known all the above. I had gut feeling to look at my sd cards on vid cams, I wasn't going to; but i always follow my gut instincts. Womens Intuition! So, glad i did, yet so sad afterwards to see the evil in these ppl. They are the most DISHONEST, CROOKED, LYING mechanics I ever came across. If you cherish your car, please don't go here. And, be VERY weary if Melinda his wife texts you to leave fb immediately. why?? I now believe all their "positive" fb's are rubbish!! ***(5.24.21) Found out, when they gave me "oil change" they never put oil in my engine, just drained it!!! My wife and I were traveling out of town when our front wheel bearing went out. We called a couple of mechanic shops and found out the shops were backed up at least 2 days and parts were hard to find. We located the part, and called Crank'd Up Garage. They told us they would work us in. Within 15 minutes they pulled our car in to do the work. We found a place to eat lunch a mile away and asked one of the owner’s about it. They gave us a ride there and back and our car was then ready to go! We braced ourselves for the bill since they could have us ‘over the barrel’, but we were not overcharged at all. We were spared being stranded for days out of town. We would recommend this place and the owners to anyone in need of good professional auto mechanic service at very reasonable prices. |

I came in on a whim to get my oil changed, and they had me in and going within about 15 minutes of me being there! They let me know about some additional issues I had, and gave me estimate times and prices it would be for them to fix it. They gave me the choice to go ahead and fix them or not, and then went right ahead with the rest of the service. Staff was very friendly, and the shop pups were very well behaved, especially with my three year old! Definitely will go there again. |

I have been going to Crank’d up Garage for a few months now. It started with a simple oil change, but they do a whole lot more. The put a lift kit in my Jeep. They are a full service garage and their not only good at what they do, they also try and save their customers money. How many garages can you say that about. |
